Blended from estate grown fruit, 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot, Cloud View 2000 is enjoyable now and well worth cellaring. This wine is delicious and balanced from approach to finish.

A dense, velvety entry introduces a graceful structure of sturdy but gentle fruit tannins. The balanced blend enhances the flavors of black mountain fruit. Dark cherries, cassis, plums, black berries, leather and chocolate are spiced with notes of ginger and fennel. Skillful management of oak balances the diverse fruit tastes.
