Made in the style of fine California hillside-grown oils, Cloud View Olive Oil is to market-shelf olive oil as gourmet greens are to iceberg lettuce. Cloud View Vineyards Olive Oil is pressed from succulent olives grown on the perimeters of the Cloud View Merlot and Cabernet vineyards that produce fine red wines from Pritchard Hill, Napa Valley.
Just as “fine wines start in the vineyard” so fine oils start with carefully grown fruit.
At Cloud View, both fine wines and fine olive oil are treated with care and respect-- from plant to bottle.
